Who We Are
Wisynco Group Limited (“Wisynco”) is a Jamaican manufacturer and distributor. We manufacture products such as WATA, BIGGA soft drinks, CranWATA, Sparkling CranWATA, and BOOM Energy Drink. Additionally, we are the exclusive bottler and distributor for the popular brand Coca-Cola portfolio of beverages.. We are the principal distributors for various internationally recognized brands and locally manufactured products from Tradewinds, Worthy Park Estate. This notice applies to all products and services provided by Wisynco Group Limited.
For the purposes of this notice, we act as the “Data Controller”, because we determine how your personal data is used and processed.

This means we have removed personally identifying information so the data we’re left with cannot be tied back to you as an individual.

Under certain circumstances, your personal data that we collect may be transferred to other countries such as USA, UK, Europe, Caribbean & Latin America.

How Long We Store Your Data
The Data Protection Act requires that personal data processed for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose (ie. Statutory requirements, business needs). We retain financial data related to sales for seven (7) years.
We will only retain your personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Securing your personal data is a priority for us, while both online and offline. We have implemented appropriate safeguards to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of, or accidental loss or destruction of or damage to your personal data.
