Notice of resignation of Annette Morrison

Wisynco Group Limited (“Wisynco”) advises that Mrs. Annette Morrison has submitted her resignation as Group Head of People & Internal Communication and will demit office effective December 3, 2021. Wisynco uses this opportunity to thank Mrs. Morrison for her contribution to the growth of the Company during her tenure and wish her every success in her future endeavours.
The Jamaica Stock Exchange will be advised in due course when the position of Group Head of People & Internal Communication is filled.
