We miss you today
And we will miss you tomorrow
You have lived a life that has touched our lives forever
On the footprint of time, you have left your footprints with glory
Our love for you will give us memories, and faith will give us strength
Though we are saddened, the thought of you will always bring a smile
We know that you are surrounded by the light of God and
watching over us all
You are now a Treasure in our Hearts
With love All Wisynconians

Known to us as Charmaine and Mrs. Abrahams, she was a loyal Wisynconian of over 30 years. Through her undying devotion, she elevated through the ranks, starting as a Sales Representative, to Key Account Executive, and later to a beloved Regional Sales Manager to her region seven team members and Wisynco peers. She successfully spearheaded Wisynco’s pilot roll-out of a new route-to-market strategy in the first two territories, leading one of the most successful sales teams at Wisynco. Charmaine was not only one of our leaders — but she was also a mother, a wife, a friend, our sister in Christ, and a role model that inspired us with her determination and outspokenness.
Her peers described Charmaine as a friend, mentor, a beautiful soul who was very dedicated to her work and her colleagues. There were sentiments expressed that she was a true standard bearer and wise counsel — a fine woman who was treasured and highly respected by all.
In 2019, we honored her journey at Wisynco in our Annual Report, and in an interview, she said she believed in “no limits, as there’s no ceiling to where we can be,” and “not to put a limit on yourself or anything you want to achieve”. These words are a testament to who she was, and we will never forget her outstanding contributions to our Customers, our Lives, and Company.
Her Legacy Will Forever Live On!

How could it be that the last time I spoke to you was the last time I spoke to you?
How could this celebration of your life be taking place and you are not in charge?
Leading from the front or quietly directing traffic in the background?
Our long talks about everything and nothing at all cannot be over…you were such a cheerleader.
Who will lead your flock? Who will set us straight?
It all still feels so unreal…
“I am great!”, that was your response to the simple greeting “..Hi Charmaine…how are you?” 100 % of the time…that’s how you responded
It didn’t matter what was happening…you never wavered in that affirmation.
It would lift my spirits and soothe my soul and always give me new perspective.
We laughingly referred to your husband as “Hun”. When I told you I could never remember his name after I heard you talking to him on the phone and calling him by this name.
“How is Hun?” I would say….it was our little ritual… “He is fabulous”, you would laughingly answer
How lost your family must feel…we hardly know what to say to them to convey the depth of our loss, OUR loss…we claim you too.
I will never forget that cheeky smile…that can-do attitude…that quiet prayer before you ate…that shout of “Hi Miss….check me when you passing back…”
You may not pass this way again but you made such an impression on every single person you came in contact with…you are unforgettable!

Father…thank you for the gift of Charmaine!

I’m still lost. You were more than just Charmaine Abrahams. You were like my mother, mentor, my go to person and problem solver. This makes me so afraid to get attached to anyone. First, it was Andrene and now you.

May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Love you Madam A walk good (sob sob).

I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though she were dead, yet shall she live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die, Believest thou this? Charmaine Palmer Abrahams, the Good Samaritan, the Good Wife, Good Mother and Good Friend will rise and live again. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah and Hallelujah Amen, Come Lord Jesus come quickly, Maranatha, Maranatha!!!!! Amen and so let it be, Hallelujah!!!

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her children arise and call her blessed, her husband also, and he praises her. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. Proverbs 31:10, 28-31

I will miss our chats. You were an inspiration to many. RIP Dear Charmaine

There are so much things to say about Charmaine. She was my supervisor for many years and I’ve learnt so much from her, her work ethics, her patience, her love for this great company which she passed on to me personally. Our friendship over the years was good. She was interested in even my faith and family. That is the kind of person she was. She always wanted me to keep giving my best. That was what she expected at all times. My passion for the work did not come overnight but by paying careful attention to her. I will always miss her. This medium is good for me to say this because I don’t think I could talk this long about her because of who she was to me. Thanks. Rest for now Charmaine. The resurrection hope is real and our King Christ Jesus will resurrect those who are sleeping in death. I look forward to that time.

THE WORLD CHANGES FROM YEAR TO YEAR,
OUR LIVES FROM DAY TO DAY,
BUT THE LOVE AND MEMORY OF YOU
SHALL NEVER PASS AWAY.
❤❤❤

Dear Charmaine,

Thank you for always offering your motherly advise, I always looked forward to your motivational talks. You were a phenomenal woman who always stood up for what you believed in and I admired you for that.
I miss you. Sleep well

There is a saying that a man is not supposed to cry.. but my many tears are tears of great sadness and happiness.. I am sad that you are gone so soon, but happy to have spent the last twenty plus years knowing you and working closely with you. I was never really your boss as you ran things 🙂 …you made things happen and you were always the one to make me know how I should have handled the situation. You were my sounding board and was never afraid to tell me as it was. Our plan was to retire at the same time, but now you wont be here with me when the time comes. What will our sales meetings or discussions be like without you? I can see you smiling in heaven and saying “boss why my quota so high?” Doing your appraisals was an easy task as my only comment was that you cared too much for your teams and sometimes needed to be tougher. Mike and the Mechanics has a song “The Living Years” a favorite of mine that has a line “ I just wish i could have told “you” in the living years” …..just how special you were and how much you’ve shaped my life… only time will heal our wounds. Rest well my Friend

Mrs Abrahams, Ms Palmer,Mrs A, Charmaine were names we called you. You too had your special name for each of us. It is amazing how each of us can speak about the personal relationship we each had with you. You took the time to connect on a level that was deeper than you had to. You took charge, gave advice and advocated for all,  a true humanitarian and advocate you were.
You have set the standard, you continuously raised the bar. You lived a life that was exemplary to us your colleagues and friends. A name that needed no introduction,  if you walked the corridors of Wisynco, the name Charmaine Abrahams was synonymous with this brand, a true pillar as you would say.
You were a rare gem, one who could celebrate, advocate and chastise equally. You were honest. You were unyielding.  You were admirable. A true woman of excellence ,wisdom, love and purpose.
You were a formidable competitor, yet you always said with a stern face- ‘I do not compete’.
You gave advice freely and if you were not in agreement with anyone or anything ,then we would all know. You spoke frankly and was always willing to move forward. With you what we saw was who you were.
We will forever cherish our time spent with you. Your trips with Leo after our usual monthly meetings. Your counsel to Pablo . The care and love you guided Yolanda and Denique with. How you laughed at Neville’s jokes. The bond you formed with Phabia. How you mothered me,I will never forget your wise counsel.
We choose to live life to the fullest to leave a legacy as we celebrate yours Charmaine, today and always. Life is not a dress rehearsal so live it now and live it well.
We salute you today, you were a true General to your troops.

My dearest Charmaine, although it has been 3 years it seems like a lifetime that I have known you. You became a rock and confidante and I miss you so dearly. The Lord often brings people in our lives for a specific purpose. Charmaine you have truly lived your purpose, touching the lives of many and making such an impact that everyone finds it so difficult to let go.

It is an honour and privilege to have known you and learnt from you even when you did not realize you were teaching. I thank you for your friendship, trust, patience, wisdom, guidance, and just being the wonderful and caring person that you were. You have left such a void that cannot be filled and the only consolation is that we were fortunate to spend some time with you, which we will treasure forever.

Walk Good my dearest Charmaine until we see each other again. I know that you are still serving your purpose by His side.

Today we bid goodbye to one so loved and never to be forgotten.

Charmaine, you were a remarkable person. You had that knack to make people around you feel special as if they were your only friend and you were always reaching out to help or offer advice. You instilled your passion for the company in all you interacted with. A true Wisynconian to the core.

I will certainly miss our chats about family and your Hi Miss how are you? You baked the best Toto ever and I was fortunate enough to get from you a few times. The hand written Recipe you gave me will be treasured forever.

For having you in our lives we have all been blessed. Walk good my friend your spirit lives on in our memories.

Mrs. A,
You will be surely missed. I remember when we went to Dom Rep and we were experiencing terrible turbulence and I was so freaked out but you were calm and praying for smooth journey. You were so confident we would be ok. Mrs. A, you were kind, strong and a mighty woman of God.
It is truly a honor to have met you and worked along side you.
With lots of love
Casandra Smith Scott

Ms. Charmaine on a regular day, Mrs. Abrahams when I wasn’t too pleased with something you said or you were expressing tough love. Mrs. A. when we were playful and keeping it casual and light. A powerhouse, tower of strength, confidant, the one we trusted to get it done, assist in solving our problems (you always told me never to call it a problem or challenge) with you it was just simply a task to get done.

I reflect now on the short time we got to know each other but the lasting impact you will have on my life and lives of all my colleagues alike. You were a pure and wonderful soul, a guiding light at the end of the tunnel, a no nonsense woman who taught me how to live and never be fearful of any answer or anybody who came my way. To stand in who I am, shine my light, BE bold, never back down in my right and take up MY space. Lessons for a lifetime.

You believed in me and my capabilities (even when I sometimes didn’t), gave me a chance to grow and step into my position and who I was meant to be. The voice of reason and a great sounding board as so many others have mentioned. We learned each other so well and I was looking forward to learning you more but I find comfort in the fact that the things I learned of you then and even now were the fundamentals on who the woman, THE LEGEND, Charmaine Abrahams was and is and I will use those fundamentals to guide me for years to come. I honor and salute you, your service to our company and who you were as a mother, teacher, advisor, self less and noble servant, leader, wife, friend, sister, grandmother, daughter and aunt, not just to your God given family, but to us your adopted family in love. I will miss your guidance, your cheeky comments and responses that got us in line when we needed it, your positive, upbeat demeanor and your rare but genuine smiles.

Take Care Mrs. A, Rest in Power and the Peace of the Lord.
